KLASHR is built for sports fans who love the thrill of live prediction. These guidelines exist to keep the community fun, fair, and welcoming for everyone. Read them. Follow them. Simple as that.
You're here because you love sport. So does everyone else. Treat fellow users with the same respect you'd expect from a mate at the ground. Disagree on a prediction? Go for it. Get personal? Not on.
Zero tolerance for content that attacks or demeans anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic. This applies everywhere in the app — chat, usernames, avatars, the lot.
Don't target other users with abusive, intimidating, or threatening behaviour. This includes repeated unwanted contact, dogpiling, doxing, and any form of real-world threat. If someone asks you to back off, back off.
Don't flood chats with repetitive messages, links to external services, or promotional content. KLASHR isn't your billboard. Genuine conversation about sport is always welcome; advertising your side hustle is not.
Don't pretend to be another user, a KLASHR staff member, a public figure, or anyone you're not. Parody usernames that are clearly jokes may be okay — impersonation intended to deceive is never okay.
Play fair. Specifically:
Don't share anyone else's personal information — real names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, or any other identifying details — without their explicit consent. Respect people's privacy.
Event chats are the heart of the live experience. Keep them focused on the match or event at hand. Trash talk about teams and players is part of sport — directing it at other users in the chat is not. Keep spoilers for other concurrent events to a minimum.
Crews and tribes are your inner circle, but the same rules still apply. Chat within your crew should be fun and competitive, not hostile. Crew leaders are expected to set a good example and help maintain standards within their group.
KLASHR uses a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce these guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, or take other action without prior notice if we believe a violation has occurred.
See something that shouldn't be there? Report it. You can report users or messages directly in the app, or email support@klashr.com. All reports are reviewed and treated confidentially — we won't tell the other person who reported them.
Violations may result in:
Severity depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. Serious offences (threats, hate speech, illegal content) may result in an immediate permanent ban.
Content removal timelines. KLASHR is committed to the following content removal service levels:
High-severity reports, including CSAM and illegal content, are monitored 24/7.
KLASHR is rated 12+. All content and behaviour must be appropriate for that age group. Explicit sexual content, graphic violence, and other adult material are strictly prohibited. If you wouldn't say it in front of a 12-year-old at a footy match, don't say it here.
KLASHR is a prediction and entertainment platform — not a gambling service. Do not promote, advertise, or link to gambling services, betting tips, or odds providers. Discussion of general sports topics is fine; actively directing users to place bets is not.
Don't share, promote, or link to any content that is illegal under Australian law or the law of your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to pirated streams, illegal substances, and match-fixing discussion.
Crews and tribes that repeatedly produce guideline violations may be disbanded. Crew creators are responsible for setting the tone in their group. KLASHR reserves the right to remove crew names, descriptions, or images that violate these guidelines.
Don't post content you don't have the right to share. This includes copyrighted images, videos, and text. Short sports commentary and opinion is encouraged; ripping entire articles or streams is not.
If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you can appeal by emailing support@klashr.com with the subject line "Moderation Appeal". Include your username and a brief explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days. Decisions on appeals are final.
